post-paid payment options

following payment methods are available for banglalink post-paid customers:

payment method description
auto bill pay what is “auto bill pay”?banglalink makes mobile bill payments absolutely hassle free for the subscribers. with auto bill pay, a subscriber needs to sign in a form and we take care of collecting mobile bills and updating the billing information. moreover, the whole process of bill collection and billing system update is fully automated. thus, subscribers will never have to worry about getting barred.features of “auto bill pay”:

  • bills will be collected from subscribers’ credit card(s). the auto bill pay system accepts any visa, mastercard, or american express card issued from any bank.
  • subscribers need to sign the auto bill pay authorization only once.
  • bills will be collected when subscriber’s usage reaches 80% of his/her credit limit or at month end.
  • connection will never be barred if the subscriber chooses the 1st option (see details below) with sufficient available fund.
  • saves valuable time for the subscriber as subscriber doesn’t have to “pay” his bills again.
  • subscribers will have more flexibility to make payments (up to 45 days credit limit for credit cards).
  • new postpaid subscribers signing up for auto bill pay will not be required to pay any security deposit and will enjoy a default credit limit of bdt 500.

three options for “auto bill collections”:

1st option: collect full outstanding amount when my usage reaches 80% of my credit limit

2nd option: collect 50% of my outstanding amount when my usage reaches 80% of my credit limit

3rd. option: collect my bill at the end of the month (if my bill crosses my deposit my line may be barred)


subscriber has credit limit of tk. 500

– if he chooses 1st option, whenever his usage reaches tk. 400 (80% of 500), we will collect tk. 400 from his credit card,

– if he chooses 2nd option, whenever his usage reaches tk. 400 (80% of 500), we will collect tk. 200 from his credit card,

– if he chooses 3rd option, we will collect the outstanding dues at month end from his credit card. please note that subscriber may be barred if his usage crosses tk. 500 and no separate payment is made, if choosing this option.

– any outstanding amount at the end of the billing period will be collected on bill cycle date.

auto bill pay registration process:

  • to avail the auto bill pay facility, subscriber has to sign up by signing and submitting the auto bill pay authorization form (click here to download pdf form) to us. subscribers can get the form from banglalink customer care centers or from banglalink website.
  • for verification purpose collection of either the national id card or the passport of the cardholder (photocopy) is mandatory.
  • after successful registration, subscriber’s bills will be collected automatically from his/her credit card. it will take maximum 48 hours to activate the facility. the facility will start from the current bill cycle if the application is submitted at least 48 hours before the end of bill cycle.
  • subscriber has to apply in writing to deactivate the facility at the nearest customer care center.
i-top up recharge postpaid subscribers are able to make payment through electronic recharge via banglalink i’top-up points nationwide.
cash and credit card list of banglalink customer care centersubscriber can pay cash at banglalink customer care centers’ bank booths. subscriber can also pay by master card and visa card of all banks at banglalink subscriber care centers.

nominated bank for cash collection against bill/others banglalink has an extensive bill collection network in cooperation with different banks and financial institutions. banglalink postpaid subscribers can pay bill, advance bill and enhance security deposit by bill copy or banglalink payment slips through those banks during banking hours. some of the banks have electronic payment options where payment can be made at any convenient time.banglalink nominated banks:

dd/pay order/cheque cheque must be payable in the name of orascom telecom bangladesh ltd. subscribers can drop the cheque to land view center 4th floor at crm or they can mail it to the following address:

subscriber needs to include his/her bill copy (banglalink copy) or name & svc number in a separate page attached to the cheque.

please note that cheque option is only for company, embassy and high value subscriber as agreed by company policy.

via sms call & control and pco call & control subscribers can pay their monthly bill via sms. call & control and cu call & control subscribers will type the amount he/she wants to pay in a given format (pay<amount>) and send sms to the assigned short code (3131).

subscribing to a new new connection

please follow the steps to subscribe a banglalink new connection:

  1. please visit our sales & care centre/banglalink point.
  2. fill up the banglalink subscription agreement form (saf). submit necessary documents and pay required fees and charges to collect sim card.
  3. you should retain bank-in-slip or invoice for future reference. minimum 24 hours will be required to be connected post paid connection & pre-paid connection is pre-activated.

we would request you to submit the following documents for subscribing a banglalink connection:

  • dully fill up new subscription agreement form/registration form
  • 1 (one) copy of passport size photograph.
  • national id (photocopy of both side)
  • required information of a referral person (name, phone no & national id number of the referral person)

documents you receive after you subscribe:

  • invoice / money receipt of respective package price
  • subscription agreement form (customer copy)
  • other if any

** please note that subscriber age must be over 18 years.

sim replacement

sim replacement procedure:

in case of sim card is lost/ stolen (not found) or the sim card gets disabled or damaged for any reason, then the subscriber needs to purchase a new sim card against his/ her subscription from our nearest touch points by showing authenticity prove documents.

fee/charges: sim replacement fee- tk. 75

transfer of ownership (post paid only)

to transfer the ownership of a subscription, please follow the steps:

  1. presence of both the transferor and transferee is required at any of our customer service centers with proper documents
  2. pay the applicable fee (if needs) at the authorized bank branches/customer care center using banglalink payment slip mentioning service no. and account no.

documents required for transferor ( 1st party):

  • dully fill up transfer of subscription agreement form.
  • physical sim. if not available then gd copy/ original saf copy (could be considered if physical sim is available)/ application in letterhead pad in case of company or organization.
  • if 1st party is unavailable then an authorized person can execute the process on his behalf.

documents required for transferee ( 2nd party):

  • dully fill up transfer of subscription agreement form. (only transferee part)
  • dully fill up new subscription agreement form/registration form.
  • national id (photocopy of both side)
  • 1 (one) copy passport size photograph attested by 1st party/application in letter head pad in case of company /organization
  • sme identification of 2nd party/copy of trade licensee in case of company/ organization.
  • copy of valid billing address proof. (e.g. utility bill copy)

fee/charges: sim tax is applicable.

change of address (post paid only)

banglalink customers can change their billing address. to change the billing address, please follow the steps:

  1. fill in the prescribed form or write to us on a plain paper/ company letterhead pad with your valid signature mentioning name of the customers with mobile number, desired new billing address in details, old address and contract number
  2. send the letter/form through fax or postal delivery or submit at the nearest sales & care centre.
  3. change of address is subject to signature verification. signature should be same as provided on the subscription form. the letter/form shall be treated as rejected if the signature does not match or the information is found to be incorrect.

itemized bill

this service gives a post paid subscriber a detailed list of all chargeable number dialed, the date & time, duration and charge of calls upon your prescribed requisition. kindly give your requisition for itemized bill one month before the requested bill period. the usage /charges in the itemized bill are shown without calculating the 15%vat.

how to get an itemized bill:

  1. please, pay the applicable fee in our authorized bank/customer care center on banglalink payment slip ticking in itemized bill.
  2. please visit our sales & care centre/banglalink point
  3. fill in the prescribed form or write to us on plain paper/ company letterhead pad with your valid signature mentioning:
  • subscriber’s name & mobile number
  • specify whether you require it for the last billing month or on a regular basis e.g. every month.

fee/charges: the charge of both each itemized bill on demand (for a particular month) and regular itemized bill is tk. 100

cancellation of regular itemized bill would come into effect from the following month’s bill after the cancellation request is received.

bill payment through credit card

for convenience, banglalink subscribers can make payment via credit card (master/ visa) at our customer care centers (currently option is available at dhaka & chittagong care center only).

package migration

please visit banglalink points or call 121 for information on package migration.

documents required for customer for migration:

  1. original customer subscription agreement form (customer copy) / invoice copy
  2. 1 (one) copy passport sized photograph
  3. national id (photocopy of both side)
